Computer program Metal Forming

Based on the Hand Book a computer program (programmed in Microsoft Excel) has been build. By feeding or changing the program variables (number of stages, die radius, material information etc) this program makes it easily possible to calculate the necessary stages and dimensions from a product drawing.

Also it’s possible to recalculate existing stages and deepdrawing schemes.
